At Yorkshire Luxury Retreats, we are committed to ensuring that the privacy of all our customers is always protected. We will never ask you for information we don’t need to help us provide the best possible service.
From time to time we may change this page to reflect the updates we make to continually protect our customers’ personal data. Make sure you check back here from time to time to make sure you are still happy with our policy. This policy is effective from 1 September 2019.
Information we collect
There are some piece of information we will need to collect from you to be able to understand your needs when you first get in touch with us. These will be:

- Your phone number
- A message that you have left for us
Without providing us with this information, we cannot get in contact with you about bookings etc.
What we do with that Information?
We will use the information for the following;
- Sending updates of what is going on at Yorkshire Luxury Retreats as well as offers on holidays.
- For internal record keeping and analysis.
- To improve our services
We will never, sell distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have you consent to do so.
Ensuring your data remains safe is our top priority and we have high quality security measures in place. We work hard to maintain the physical and digital protection of your data, ensuring that access is restricted to only those who need that information to successfully complete their work.
If it is necessary for us to share your personal information with third parties and we have your consent to do so, we will make sure your data is protected during the transfer.
Controlling your personal data
We know that there are times you might want to withdraw your consent to have us stop processing information about you. Though we’d be sad to see you go, we will respect your wishes and securely remove your personal information from our database.
You can withdraw your consent for us to store your personal data at any time. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have given us information, we’ll retain your data for 10 years. After this point, if you have not come back to us, we will remove you from our database.
